Founder – Marina von Bergen, MAM, ACC
Clients benefit from my decades of management consulting and leadership coaching experience. I’ve worked as a consultant for global firms such as Deloitte and RGP, and held consulting positions in more specialized firms such as Gibson & Associates and AeCOM. In these positions, I worked with clients on a wide range of initiatives ranging from human capital strategy to internal and external communications for mergers and acquistions, to optimizing overall business processes and efficiencies…and lots in between!
In the past few years, in response to the rapid changes that workforce automation and AI are making in organizations, and now with a whole new business landscape due to COVID-19, I’m heavily focused on helping clients optimize their use of advanced and integrated technologies to future-proof their businesses for whatever the future may throw at them.
Having lived and traveled extensively abroad and speaking three languages, my global experience helps bring a collaborative perspective to all of my client work. In addition to my many professional certifications (see below), I also earned a Masters in Management degree in Global Workforce Collaboration.
Suffice it to say, the extensive work experience, tools, tricks and credentials that I bring to the table have helped many clients future-proof their business for these unprecendeted times of change. I hope to have the pleasure of working with you as one of them.
